Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, sustainable tech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to prototype development
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Present tech forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching innovative tech products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
