Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technology forecasting and trend analysis to identify disruptive innovations for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to pilot implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and nurture relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong business acumen with experience developing ROI-driven tech strategies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
