Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers and engineers in prototype development
- Present strategic visions to investors and industry stakeholders at global forums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Drive innovation through our Future Tech Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated 5+ year forecasting success
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Experience leading teams developing 2020+ tech innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology
- Track record of securing $50M+ in future-tech funding
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
