Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Represent InnovateX at global tech forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record leading disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Experience with agile development and innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
