Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into product development priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies with proven track record of implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience managing innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
