- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing or biotech integration
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized governance models
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ tech trends (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Experience scaling tech operations across 500+ employee organizations
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management or equivalent with PhD preferred
