Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum systems, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or Technology Impact Assessment
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
