Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to uncover first-mover advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping and validation of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for high-potential innovations
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline performance and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building and scaling innovation ecosystems within tech companies
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting future technologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, CDIO) preferred
