- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products at scale (min. $50M ARR impact)
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Scenario Planning)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling
