Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI) for strategic implementation

- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology adoption

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record in commercializing disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Experience building technology innovation labs or incubators
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
