Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech) to inform strategic R&D priorities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure innovation funding and resources
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Ensure ethical deployment of future-facing technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup or corporate innovation experience
