Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster creative problem-solving
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trends
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., CET, CFTE)
