Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate feasibility of innovative concepts
- Build financial models for technology investments and ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Strong financial modeling and strategic planning skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization projects
