Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitor innovations to maintain competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management (e.g., CSTM) highly desirable
