Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting future tech deployment
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from ideation to scaling
