- Lead cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers and researchers
- Secure $3M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through patent development and open-source contributions
- Mentor junior strategists and build next-gen tech talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published researcher with 10+ peer-reviewed papers
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive technology commercializations
