Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation incubation programs for emerging tech prototypes
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes for IP opportunities
- Drive cross-functional implementation of pilot technologies in production environments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, IoT, Blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technology commercialization initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI analysis
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and venture capital audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology impact (patents, products, or frameworks)
