Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies for strategic acquisition and integration opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven decision making
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research partners
- Mentor junior strategists and build future-ready talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or CTO/CIO leadership
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of Web3, AR/VR, and climate tech ecosystems
