- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech innovations and competitive landscapes to inform strategy
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor relationships for pilot projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
