Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley innovation lab
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, TechScape)
- Strong background in ethical technology implementation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
