- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize R&D investments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Monitor ethical implications and sustainability impact of new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
