Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI autonomy) and develop 5-year strategic adoption roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating cutting-edge technologies into commercial solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof products targeting 2026 market readiness
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Competitive intelligence analysis on global tech players and emerging disruptors
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-impact domains
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of technological foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, or neurotech)
