Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech valuation and forecasting
