You'll navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech while ensuring alignment with our ESG commitments and market demands.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy and change management
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive technology products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a tech focus
- Experience building technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
