Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum/AI/sustainability projects
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for future tech
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
