Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) with 2026 commercialization focus
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product development, operations, and customer experience
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present compelling technology foresight narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
