Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify commercialization opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech summits
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused technical skills
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Cambridge, Shenzhen)
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in at least one emerging technology domain
