- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience managing budgets over $3M and P&L responsibilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for APAC market engagement
