Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-tech initiatives
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Deep understanding of emerging technology landscapes and adoption curves
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., CIMP, CDMP) highly valued
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
