- Author position papers on AI ethics and decentralized governance
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology commercialization
- Drive partnerships with NASA and DARPA for space-age tech integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record securing $2M+ in innovation funding
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive technologies
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Security clearance preferred for federal collaboration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of future-focused tech
