Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech applications
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor junior technologists in futuristic thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful futuristic products
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neuro-interface design
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., from University of Manchester)
