Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for 2026 implementation roadmaps
- Architect innovative systems integrating IoT, blockchain, and advanced AI for enterprise scalability
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future-vision requirements into technical specifications
- Drive prototyping of breakthrough solutions in our innovation lab environment
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging methodologies and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or decentralized systems)
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalable solution design
- Certifications in futurism, strategic foresight, or emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
