Responsibilities

- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government technology boards
- Establish industry standards for responsible innovation in emerging domains
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals on future tech
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Proven track record of mentoring technical leaders in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations in production
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
