Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation technology platforms and systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application to business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and strategic plans for 2026 and beyond.
- Ensure architectural solutions align with security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Present architectural blueprints and technology strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in at least two of the following: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TensorFlow Developer) are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment.
