Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant security protocols for 2026-era digital infrastructure
- Architect neural-network-based autonomous systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Lead development of metamaterials for next-generation human-computer interfaces
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to establish compliance standards for emergent technologies
- Drive innovation roadmap for AI-powered climate modeling and sustainable resource allocation
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, or Materials Science with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record architecting scalable quantum systems or AGI frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies (post-2020)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic computing
- Certification in Future Tech Ethics from IEEE or equivalent
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with Fortune 500 partners
