Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, bio-integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Champion sustainable and ethical technology adoption across all product lines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching products that defined market segments post-2020
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, climate tech, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker at premier technology conferences
- Experience scaling teams in hyper-growth environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
