- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI of future initiatives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (preferred)
