Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business growth targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing R&D initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive analysis, patent research, and startup scouting
- Present strategic technology proposals to C-suite executives and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Monitor global tech policy developments and adapt strategies to regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology advisory roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market research into actionable strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTS) or innovation management preferred
