Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps.
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) and their commercial applications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Track record of developing and executing technology transformation initiatives valued at $50M+.
