Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy positioning InnovateX for 2026 market leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build external partnerships with research labs and venture capital firms
- Mentor technology leaders on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
