Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead research initiatives in emerging tech domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a global network of academic and industry innovation partners
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Mentor junior strategists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
