- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years at director/VP level
- Proven track record in anticipating tech disruption (e.g., blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Toffler's Future Shock)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation principles
