Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- Certification in futures thinking, technology forecasting, or innovation management
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech guidelines
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Published research or thought leadership in tech ethics or digital transformation
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
