Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate breakthrough technologies into customer solutions
- Develop patentable intellectual property through collaborative R&D with academic institutions
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE) or innovation management
