Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype quantum-resistant security solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs
- Drive patent development in 6 emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven track record leading $1M+ R&D initiatives
- Certification in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit/Microsoft Quantum)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (FDA, NIST, EU AI Act)
- Portfolio of deployed AI/quantum commercial solutions
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
