Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and company vision
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech integration, neurointerfaces) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption cycles and market disruptions
