Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape research for emerging domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D programs
- Monitor regulatory frameworks affecting future technologies (e.g., AI governance)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents/articles)
