Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototyping and pilot programs
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive tech summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neurotech, or climate tech
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of patented innovations or industry-transforming projects
