Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized systems)
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving regulatory frameworks (including AI ethics)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized tech, or AI ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making expertise
