Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy by identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable tech integration
- Present future-vision roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with quantum computing and nanotech research institutions
- Oversee $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor next-gen tech futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Fluency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
